Information we process
We collect supplied business/contact details, application and questionnaire answers, optional permitted assets, source URLs, public contact approvals, consent choices, sign-in records, order/payment references and status, delivery events, saved prompts, booking/service/support records, and necessary device/security/session information. Do not submit full card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Whop handles checkout/payment information under its own notice.
Why we use it
We assess applications/capacity, prepare previews and customized prompts, verify purchases and access, deliver resources, operate booking and purchased services, respond to requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Application decisions retain reasons and may be reviewed by staff on request. Our v1 prompt compiler combines answers with templates; it does not itself require a paid inference provider or independently verify business facts.
Who receives it
Authorised staff and configured hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, payment, booking and CRM providers receive information needed for their tasks. Whop supports payments, Cal.com booking and GoHighLevel CRM where configured. Lovable operates the application/build environment; information you paste into your own Lovable account follows its terms. A separate inference provider will be identified before any new inference feature is activated. We may also disclose where lawfully necessary for security, legal requests or a protected business transaction.
Public and private boundaries
Preview content uses authorized business information and rights-cleared supplied content solely for your preview. It is unlisted, not password protected, and anyone holding its link may view it. Public launch requires your approval and paid hosting. Advertising use requires separate approval. Application status, checkout email, questionnaires, saved prompts, staff sources and private records are not public website content. A client website-information assistant must use approved public site facts, not ESLaunch private records.
Cookies and marketing
Necessary technologies support security, sign-in, requested functions and privacy choices. Optional analytics/advertising are off by default. If enabled, identify actual providers and apply required permission and applicable Global Privacy Control/Do Not Sell or Share choices to browser and server-side events. We do not sell contact lists for money. Disqualification, downsell, buyer and staff routes, controlled tests, private records, source text, generated prompts, free-text answers, assets and private links are excluded from advertising and session replay. A qualified conversion is permitted only once after server-confirmed acceptance and applicable tracking choice, never for a modal open, incomplete application or disqualification. No Meta Pixel or conversion API is currently configured. No optional session replay is enabled by default.
Messages
Checkout email is used for purchased access, resources and support notices. Buying or applying does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Optional choices are recorded separately. Unsubscribe from marketing email or reply STOP to configured texts; HELP or support@eslaunch.com provides help. Frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Keep limited suppression records to honour opt-outs. Necessary service/legal notices may continue through an appropriate channel.
Retention
Kit answers, prompts and resource entitlements are retained during the disclosed 12-month access period and normally removed from active customer storage within 30 days afterward, unless needed for an open dispute, legal obligation or documented lawful purpose. Backups age out within a further 90 days under restricted access. Payment, tax, consent, suppression, security and dispute records have separately configured minimum-necessary retention. Agency website data may be retained 7-60 days after termination/nonrenewal under the order. Records subject to legal hold are handled separately.
Requests and security
Email support@eslaunch.com to request access, correction, deletion or exercise applicable privacy rights. We verify requests proportionately and honour applicable deadlines and exceptions. We use appropriate access controls and secure handling, but no system is immune to incidents. Where applicable, request review of a denied request through the same contact.
International use and updates
Our service is intended for adult business representatives. Providers may process data in the United States or other locations subject to applicable arrangements. We do not knowingly request data from children. Material processing changes receive updated notice and any required consent. This policy does not automatically claim every privacy statute applies or remove rights that do apply.
